January 22, 2013 - "My father was brought into the Emergency Room approximately three weeks ago and was admitted. the care in
both the ER and on the 5th Floor was outstanding. He was taken care of in a timely manner and our needs were met. We are very
satisfied. My mother is currently in 320B and is receiving the most outstanding care. Every nurse we have had has been patience and
understanding with my parents. Case Manager, Brenda Benedetto, is outstanding!"

January 14, 2013 - "My wonderful 93-year old mother-in-law just spent 10 days on 5 West being cared for by your staff. When my
wife and I were called to the nursing home we discovered a frail, dehydrated, congested woman who seemed close to death. We
witnessed a medical transformation take place over the course of the next 10 days as your staff skillfully and tenderly administered
bedside nursing care that was nothing short of miraculous! We were actually amazed as we watched her speech return and her
swallow improve. It's not the doctors who make the difference, it's the nursing staff! I believe the quality that separates a great
nursing staff from mediocre staff is compassion. And that's what we saw on 5 West, compassion in action. It comes from the heart
and is modeled and supported by management. My hat is off to you and the wonderful, compassionate nursing staff that work on 5
West. Please express our heart-felt gratitude to all the staff on your unit."

exceptional care . She met every single one of my needs and was willing to go above and beyond to make me feel better, comfortable
and at ease. My husband and I can't say enough great things about her and just wanted to let you know about the EXCELLENT nurse
that you have on staff. We would like her to receive some recognition for the GREAT job she is doing."

September 12, 2012 - "My husband, roland Wolke, came to your facility for a cardiac cauterization. We were welcomed by Rudy,
the attending nurse. He immediately set us at east with his warm, capable care. His method was thorough and exact, yet done in a
friendly way. When Rudy left, Sue stepped in and continued to care for my husband in the same manner. After the procedure, Pat
became my husband's caregiver and continued with the same thoughtfulness. We both appreciated her sense of humor. We were
very impressed with the care we received from Rudy, Sue and Pat. We commend these three employees because they turned an anxious day into one of comfort and satisfaction."
