Vista Physical Medicine

Located off-site in nearby Gurnee, the 5,500 square foot Vista Physical Medicine facility is open five days per week and staffed to provide physical, occupational and speech therapy services to children and adults. Aquatic therapy is held at Gurnee Park District's Gages Lake Pool, 18180 W. Gages Lake Road, Gages Lake, IL 60030.  Therapists educate patients on how to continue their recovery at home and provide ongoing treatment to promote healing and independent function.
