Prepared Childbirth Classes
Expectant parents learn about the labor and delivery experience as well as breathing and relaxation techniques. Classes are available in Waukegan. Call for fees and dates.

• Refresher course (sessions two and three above)
• Weekend class (one eight-hour day)

Baby Care Basics
Information about the care of your new baby—bathing, behavior, feeding, safety. Cost: $10. Call for dates.

Breastfeeding Basics
Information on methods and techniques available for feeding newborns. Cost: $10
