Waukegan,
Ill., 02/02/06– An asset purchase
agreement was executed today by Vista Health
and Community Health Systems (CHS). This completes
the due diligence process of the transaction
and allows Vista Health and CHS to move through
the regulatory process. Pending regulatory
approval, the consummation of the transaction
is expected to occur prior to April 30, 2006.

president and CEO of Vista Health and Victory
