    Acknowledge anyone within 10 feet of you and say “hello” to anyone within 5 feet.
  9. Elevator Etiquette
    Give patients and families first priority. Do not discuss patient care or hospital business in elevators.

    Treat every co-worker as a customer.

    Provide privacy for patients and respect their right to confidentiality
