or a loved one has a terminal illness with
a prognosis of 6 months or less.
- You
or a loved one has a capable and willing
primary caregiver in the home.

You or your loved one has a desire to remain
at home with established comfort care goals.
The
specially trained staff at Star Hospice
of Vista Health includes nurses,
social workers, pastoral ministers, nurses’
aides and volunteers. Hospice care:

palliative rather than curative treatment
