Keep active during COVID. Topics to include: Setting goals, exercises for knees and back, stretching, strength training, balance, warm- up exercises, and core strength all while doing some movement each session. Items to have available during each session would be a chair, water, light 1# wts or soup cans, exercise bands and mat if available, and paper and pencil for notes as needed.
