The Vista Surgery Center
is located off Grand Avenue on the Victory
Lakes campus.

To find us, turn south at the intersection
of Grand Avenue (Route 132) and Deep Lake
Road. (You’ll think you are going
to the Lake Villa District Library.)
- At
the bottom of the road (in front of the
library) you will turn left.

Follow the road and the first building you
come to is the Vista Surgery Center.
- Parking
is available in front of the building.
