About Vista's Wound Care Center

Vista’s Wound Care Center is an outpatient program that focuses on chronic and non-healing wounds. Using advanced treatment modalities and a case management model, we help patients improve the quality of their lives. In partnership with physicians, nurses and multiple medical disciplines, we provide invaluable care for patients.

At Vista Wound Care Center, patients are treated and evaluated by experienced, certified wound care specialists. All Vista wound care nurses are certified by NCCA (National Commission for Certifying Agencies) accredited wound care certifying organizations, including the Wound Ostomy and Continence Nurses Society™ and the National Alliance of Wound Care™. These nurses work with our trained physicians to provide comprehensive care in the treatment of wounds as well as ostomy.
